About Rémis Kennels

Ever since I could remember, I loved dogs.

One very special day, when I was 10 years old, my beautiful and hard working mother took me to my first dog show. Instantly I was hooked and wanted to learn as much as possible about showing and breeding purebred dogs as well as how to become more involved in the dog world. It was thanks to a PWD breeder who took the time to talk to me, that I begin my involvement in the sport of purebred dogs and PWDS.

Rémis Kennels began in 2010 when I started breeding PWDS with the help of Julie Conger in 2010 when we bred our first litter together and got our foundation bitch GCH. Chien D’Eau Sugar Pie De Remis. Here at Remis Kennels, we have a vision to provide quality Portuguese Water Dogs for families, keeping in mind the AKC breed standards and health standards of the Portuguese Water Dog Club of America, with loving temperaments and the true intelligent nature of a PWD the Perfectly Wonderful Dog.
